  • maintain customer records
  • create and submit invoices

Monthly bookkeeping $300 monthly

  • input transactions for up to 4 accounts
  • reconcile up to 4 bank/credit card accounts
  • provide P&L, balance sheet and any other financial reports requested

Year end bookkeeping $3750

  • enter transactions for entire year
  • reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
  • provide financial reports needed for tax preparer


  • process weekly/bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll
  • process payroll tax deposits
  • provide payroll reports as needed

$85 per month up to 15 employees + $2.50 each addt'l employee

Quickbooks Online Training

$85 per hr for onsite training (up to 2 hrs)

$65 per hr for remote training (up to 2 hs)
